Sometimes when we mix electricity, moving parts, and salt (saline), problems get compounded and require more hands-on focus. Our well-equipped service center is just the place for those times.
We have made this easy for you too. Once we receive your order from our scheduler, a custom-fit box complete with packing material will be sent to your facility. Simple instructions on decontaminating and a shipping label will be included.

Meet Your Engineer
Mr. Fisher obtained his BMET degree from the University of Minnesota in 1986. Since then, he has earned additional Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees in other disciplines. Much of his career was spent running his own business, which purchased several product lines from Dade Baxter, particularly the Dade DAC II and the Dade Immufuge. While his company supported both lines of cell washers, it also serviced a wide range of chemistry and hematology instrumentation across the Midwest.
Mr. Fisher also provided support to the University of the West Indies, helping them establish a quality assurance program within their medical facilities throughout the Caribbean Islands. Additionally, he built and managed a direct-access laboratory, Health Check Labs, which offered laboratory testing to the public, private enterprises, and conducted drug testing for the Department of Transportation.
Though Mr. Fisher has pursued ambitious professional endeavors, he has not neglected his family, which includes his wife, four grown children, and four younger teenage children. He encourages his family to stay active in local and national activities and continues to volunteer with nonprofit and charitable organizations.
